Irish Fusion World Music
One of the nation's premier Irish bands, Skelpin' (Gaelic for a slap, spank), has been known to drive audiences to uncontrollable bouts of foot twitching and hand clapping. Skelpin' performs Irish music fused with the passion of Spain, rhythms of the Middle East, and American romantic soul.
Skelpin' has performed at venues ranging from Tokyo to Ashford Castle, Vancouver to Veracruz, and Las Vegas, of course. We've shared the stage with: The Chieftains, Matt Hensley (Flogging Molly), Danu, the Young Dubliners, Seven Nations, Solas, and others.
